This is a focused one-on-one online meeting for individuals who want professional guidance before deciding whether to start a longer coaching program. During this session, we will review your main health concerns, current lifestyle patterns, available lab results, and key goals. You will receive clear direction on possible contributing factors and the next steps that may be most relevant for your situation. This session is suitable if you are dealing with concerns such as low energy, inflammation, gut issues, metabolic health, hormone-related symptoms, or general health optimisation. What is included A 60 minute private consultation. A high-level review of your concerns and available lab data Identification of key lifestyle, nutrition, or supplement areas to focus on Clear next-step recommendations Discussion on whether a 3-month coaching program is suitable for you Fee and redemption This Initial Health Strategy Call session fee is SGD $80, pricing is discounted from normal coaching fees. For actual coaching fees please contact Miri. This amount will be fully credited toward a 3-month or 6-month coaching program if you decide to join within 7 days after the session. There is no refund after successful payment. If you need to make changes to the meeting time or cancel the appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before meeting time. No show without advanced notification is considered forfeiting the full value of the payment.
